Eliminar tu cuentaDelete your account
- Abra Runway e ingrese a Resumen.
You can delete your Runway account and all your data at any time. It's permanent: there are no backups or recovery period.
From the app (recommended)
- Open Runway and go to Summary.
- Tap the Profile icon (top right).
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account and confirm.
This erases, in order: your cloud data (accounts, transactions, scheduled payments, investments and profile) and then everything stored on the iPhone, including the Roony chat history. If the cloud doesn't respond, nothing is deleted and the app tells you so you can try again. You're signed out when it finishes.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to dasapibu@gmail.com from the Google email you signed up with. I'll erase your cloud data within 15 business days and confirm it to you.
What isn't deleted
Your Google account (it's yours and Google's; Runway doesn't touch it) and an anonymous identifier from the cloud identity provider that contains no personal data.
